The post that will be gibberish to most of you

I have no idea why I needed to do this so much. In a way I blame mmagoo6 from Ravelry and in another way I just blame insomnia, complete boredom with the endless rows of stockingette in my ballet camisole and generally stupidity.

So...ON-ON people. Need something to mop your brow at the wet check, need to wipe down your beer at the drink stop, looking for the perfect way to say "Screw You" to your favourite Grand Master? Maybe this is just what your Spiritual Advisor is looking for to cleanse the foreheads of the newly christened and what hash tart should wash with anything less?

On-after

I resisted the temptation for an on-back or any false trail. ;)

Now. Would anyone care to screw the pattern?

lovely! I like that you were tempted to make some false trails.

I was sitting in a pub beer garden in London about 15yrs ago when a very large group of people ran past in dribs and drabs. They appeared to have a catch-cry 'on-on'. Most of them were wearing tshirts with the 'on-on' slogan on them.

A few years later I was sitting in a pub beer garden in Amsterdam when a much smaller group of people ran past, no catchcry this time, but many tshirts of various designs with the 'on-on' slogan on them.

Fast forward quite a number of years to me returning to live in Australia. I was sitting in a pb beer garden (sense a trend here?) when a solitary jogger with an 'on-on' tshirt went past.

I have been intrigued ever since the first time I saw them, but didn't dream I'd find the answer on ravelry with this washcloth!

It's true, all roads lead to knitting!?
